Central Parking Services, (a division of Building Control Solutions (I) Pvt. Ltd) is head quartered at Bangalore. CPS started its journey from Bangalore in 2003 and now present over 90 units in 23 cities across the country including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata and Trivandrum.

Sathya is a first generation entrepreneur who started CPS to support the India’s evolving parking requirements. He is a Graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology. He has over 24 years of professional experience in building services & infrastructure facilities and was employed with M/s. Voltas & Honeywell prior to founding M/s. Building Control Solutions, a firm that was set up to design and build in 1996 to energy management system. He combined his ardour for technology with the parking industry to offer intelligent solutions that has refined India’s parking scenario.
Poornima is handling new initiative in the company to increase its value with vision, strategic skills and leadership. She is a graduate in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, Bangalore University, Post Graduate Diploma in Management and has completed Executive Education program at IIMB in Business Analytics and Intelligence. Her expertise is in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Project Launch, Onsite Project Management, Organization Structure Definition, Employee Relations, Process Development & Improvement.
An Industry veteran with experience of over 45 years in Building Services with ITPL, RSP and other design/contracting companies in India and Abroad. He is a Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Madras University, Chennai. At CPS he has been actively involved in Business development strategies, corporate communication and management apart from guiding the organization on several projects and operations.
Saravanan with 20 years of experience heads technology team at CPS that designs & executes turnkey projects. He is a graduate in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, trained in USA and Japan in parking technology. He specializes in innovating and implementing latest technology, customizing the same for local needs and holds over 150 installations across the country to his credit.
Nagaraju, Chief Financial Officer, he has over 20 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, Budgeting and Costing, Taxation, Corporate Finance for multiple verticals including Manufacturing of Pharma and Textile Industry. He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by Profession holding membership of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India.
Rajiv, a Hotel Management graduate with experience of over 24 years in hospitality industry and at Bangalore international Airport specializes in hospitality, Retail and airport services. He along with his team manages over 90 units across the country to ensures best quality services.
